In Pro Cycling Manager 26, season planning is completely redesigned to offer increased immersion and control. Define your team's hierarchy, assign roles to your riders, and classify them according to their specialties or versatility to optimize your roster.
Each race on the calendar now features four levels of importance, allowing you to target the key moments of the season and focus your strengths there. Once your priorities are set, validate your riders' sports programs to effectively distribute your roster throughout the year.
At the beginning of the season, an initial plan is proposed automatically: you are free to adjust it to meet your objectives and constraints. For a more realistic and competitive experience, AI teams also benefit from these new planning tools.
Finally, deal with the unexpected: falls, illness, or underperformance can lead you to reconsider a leader's ambitions and adapt their program during the season.
