The Game/Chat audio balance option in the Xbox Audio settings is greyed out. How can I access it?
- Connect your headset to your controller.
- Plug in your controller to your Xbox console.
- Go to Settings > Device > Accessories > Update Controller.
When you update the controller, the headset updates at the same time. You can now access the Game/Chat audio balance option.
